Terms of Service

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

"Application" refers to any mobile application published by Silverlite. "Company" (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") refers to Silverlite. "Service" refers to the Application. "You" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.

These are the Terms of Service governing the use of any Application published by Silverlite. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age. Silverlite does not permit those under 13 to use its Services.

Some parts of the Service may be available on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), depending on the subscription plan you select.

Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Silverlite cancels it. You may cancel your subscription through your device's app store account settings.

The Application may include in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact the respective app store directly. We may share consumption information with Apple to assist in evaluating refund requests as permitted by their policies.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Our Service may allow you to post, link, or otherwise make available certain information, text, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Silverlite. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Silverlite be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The laws of the jurisdiction in which Silverlite operates shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
